RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

​

We offer a 7 day return policy on applicable products mentioned during the time of your purchase.

​

  1. If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 7 days of receipt. Currently we do not offer exchange on items. In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process as listed below. After that you can re-order the style you want.

  2. You can initiate the returns by logging into your Linen House account.


How to raise a return request:

 

  1. Log into your account

  2. Go to My orders

  3. Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return

  4. If required, specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited

  5. Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button

  6. You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated

  7. Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area

  8. Article should be kept packed with tags intact for return to be facilitated. Damaged/ Untagged garments will not be accepted for return


Refunds:

 

  1. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money depending upon the mode of the payment.

  2. For prepaid orders - the value of the total orders will be refunded to the source of payment

  3. Shipping charges and gift packing charges (if applicable on your order) will not be refunded

  4. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).

  5. Only eligible for the article purchased, not any packaging, gifts or free items included by us.

 

Terms and Conditions for Returns:

  1. www.linenhouse.co.in will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous account detail input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.

  2. Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.

  3. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.

  4. You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.

  5. No returns will be accepted for Masks.

  6. Please pack the products properly and mention return Id on the packet.

  7. Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.

  8. Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.

  9. www.linenhouse.co.in  follows a 7 days No question asked return policy on applicable products. You can return the product within 7 days of delivery.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER


Customer might  able to cancel any order placed on the website but once it has been processed or approved by LINEN HOUSE,In the event, Customer intends to bear the total courier charges on the order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
